How we work

New Case Dashboard

Submit a new case

Through our Client Portal, you can submit a new case and attach documentation needed for us to process the Lien Request.

Contact lienholders

We will open requests with each Lienholder, to verify if there is a Lien for your client and request information on the Lien.

Lien processing

When we receive the Lien information, we will process the Lien by identifying the claims that match the dates of residency, match medical codes with the injuries in scope of the complaint, and identify any claims that are out of scope of the complaint.

Lien dispute and negotiation

If we find claims that are out of scope of the complaint, we will file a dispute to have them taken off the Lien.  We will work directly with your firm to identify areas where we can negotiate a lower price based on how settlement talks are proceeding.  If there are opportunities to reduce the Lien amount, we will send the Lienholders the reduction offers.

Final demand

After we have agreed on a final demand for the liens with the Lienholders, we will notify you of the final amounts.
